Hi! I'm Misha Leder. I'm a software engineer and a master NLP practitioner from the NLP center of New York, but I'd like to call myself a Mind Engineer - I am here to support you in engineering your mind.
For over 10 years, I have developed and facilitated mind-bending workshops for thousands of high-tech professionals. This experience, coupled with feedback from participants, has allowed me to test and refine the concepts and tools in simple and effective ways. Working with many people on a variety of challenges has given me broad experience in areas ranging from effectiveness and work-life balance to relationships and parenting.

My experience as a software engineer allows me to apply structure and logic to the area of the mind. Often we look at our mind as an extremely complex or a confusing system. However, seeing it as a set of programs similar to computer programs and applying an engineering approach allows us to be very effective in addressing our challenges.
However our mind can be a blessing or a curse. To make it work for us, we need to align our mind with who we truly are. I invite you to join my workshops and explore how you can use your mind to live the life you desire.

Misha is amazing, he perfectly balances the group interaction with individual contribution. He also creates a very safe and open environment, I would not have been able to share what i shared, accessed internally what I accessed without the benefit of that very safe and open setting.

It's not what you think
I am excited to introduce my new series, “It’s Not What You Think.” For years, I've kept a journal where I recorded my insights about the workings of my mind, emotions, and behaviors. This animated series of short 2-4 minute videos is based on these insights. The intention behind this series is to offer a fresh perspective on the things we usually take for granted.
