In the process of this workshop we turn expectations or “shoulds” - that make us experience negative emotions - into intention, where we are excited about our goal and empowered to take action. The process has the following steps:
Identify expectations or shoulds in your life
Identify negative emotions behind your shoulds
Recognize the values behind these negative emotions
Reframe your should so you can accept what’s been happening so far
Reframe what you want so that you are empowered and excited about it
Commit to actions towards achieving what you want.
