After the training I recognized that until now I was controlled by my assumptions, programmed by my parents. I was an A student, got married, and had three children. It was all great! And only when I was 36 years old I started asking myself about myself, who am I, why did I come to this world? Is my goal to fulfill the accomplishments above? I understood that I want to change, I want to grow. And I shared with my husband that I want to see changes in my life. And in two months I magically ended up in the course “Discover Yourself”. I learned about triggers and autopilots and many other important points. Starting with this training I began a complete self analysis, understanding my behaviors, the behavior of people close to me. I started understanding where my actions were coming from. It was like a “click” and I started functioning as a wholesome being. I got into a state of peace, mindfulness, and planning my new life.
